Dev Vilas, Ranthambore
The Dev Vilas, Ranthambore is located in an eco-sensitive zone. Recycled water is used here for non-consumable plantations. The building has been designed in such a way so that it can harvest the rain waters and refresh ground water by using the traditional storage system. Sprawling over an area of half acre land, the architecture resembles the Indo-Saracen style. It is also the first Indian hotel designed as physically challenged people friendly. Located adjacent to the entrance of the National Park, Dev Vilas, Ranthambore reflects a rousing romance and adventure within itself.
There are two suites, four twin rooms, fifteen double rooms, and nineteen deluxe rooms. All rooms are individually decorated in an artistic manner, keeping in mind the Indian tradition as well as the comfort of the visitors. Each room is built in a unique way differing from the other possessing a different style, color, and ambience. All rooms are provided with King and Queen bed, two toilets, Telephone, Cable TV, Air- Conditioning and Mini-Bar.
The dining hall is named after Thakur Fateh Singh Rathore. Tiger’s paintings of artists from the Ranthambhore School of Art decorate the walls of the dining room. Both Indian and Continental cuisine are served in AL Fresco dining by the swimming pool.
The hotel services include a large conference room, internet connectivity in the cyber space, doctor on call, parking place, accommodation for drivers, and a travel desk. A safari to the Ranthambore National Park is also organized by Dev Vilas, Ranthambore, where you can catch a large number of flora, fauna, and a variety of birds.
