Hill Country Holiday Resort spreads over five acres of lush green hillside, commanding a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. This property is 10 years old and has a total of 57 rooms categorised as 16 Double rooms, 8 Regular Suites, 20 Deluxe Suites and 13 Deluxe Cottages.
Rooms
The Deluxe Cottages can accommodate up to six people and have a dining table, kitchenette with a hot plate and vessels are provided for.
There is a bedroom with a master bed, another bedroom with a twin bed, a television in the common room along with a sofa cum bed. Regular Suites can accommodate four people and have a sofa cum bed on entering, a dining table with a marble slab, kitchenette, a master bedroom and an attached bathroom. These rooms have an attached balcony as well. The Standard Double rooms have the basic necessities and are for two people. All the rooms have refrigerators, telephones with direct dialing local and STD facilities, cable television, 24 hour room service and running hot and cold water in the bathrooms.
Dining
The dining facilities offered within the resort include a multi cuisine restaurant called Talk of the Town which offers a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with an a la carte menu. The restaurant is open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. The Cellar is a mocktail bar only. It does not have a liquor license or want one for that matter. The interior is tastefully done with stone walls, a wood bar made of bamboo, bamboo ceilings and lanterns for lights. There are also two bean bags on the floor. The Cellar is open from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Conferences & Banquets
Two conference halls are also available for meetings and get togethers, both formal and informal. There is the Rendezvous, which has a capacity of 100 people. This place is often used as a discotheque and dances being organized here are commonplace. There is also the Bamboo Hut, which is the buffet hall for 60 - 100 people.
Services & Facilities
The resort also has an open air children's park with swings and slides. There is also an indoor room called Fun Times with a table tennis table, carom board, chess board and other board games. Magazines are also stacked here for your reading pleasure.
The Shoppe is a small gift shop with basics being sold along with souvenirs. The counter of the gift shop is made of stone and looks like a fireplace. There is also a room named Pot Shot with a single, well maintained snooker table with stone walls.
The Sowkhya Ayurvedic Wellness Centre offers clinically proven and comprehensive management of chronic diseases and tailor made Ayurvedic wellness plans aimed to sustain an ideal state of health for the body, mind and spirit.
