Day 01 : Trivandrum
On your arrival at Trivandrum International Airport you will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will arrange your transfer to hotel Travancore Heritage nestled 5kms south of the main Kovalam Beach . The hotel sprawls over 15 acres of lush green coconut garden atop a high cliff offering a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea. Day 02 : Trivandrum
Spend the entire day at Kovalam Beach ,the most famous beach in Kerala . The word Kovalam means a coconut grove has there are rows of coconut trees along the shore. Just admire the aqua blue Arabian Sea ,or shop for handicrafts,jewelery and clothes in the shops at the sheltered natural bay here. Spend night at Travancore Heritage.
Day 03 : Trivandrum/Alleppey
Today on the 3rd day of Holiday Packages for Kerala tour after breakfast we will drive to Alleppey ,entry point for the enchanting backwaters of Kerala also known as the Venice of East . A private houseboat waits for you here . We will start the scintillating journey on Kerala Backwaters towards Kumarakom on the breathtaking Vembanad lake. There are lush green paddy fields and coconut trees along the shores. And the daily activities of the fishing villages greets you while you cruise through the placid waters. Day 04 : Alleppey/Kumarakom :
Today we arrive at Kumarakom. Take your breakfast on board then we leave the houseboat at Whispering Palms an elite resort nestled at Kumarakom .Here go for a birding tour at the nearby Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. You can also trek to nearby places. Night is spent in the cozy comfort of Whispering Palms.
Day 05 : Periyar
On the 5th day of Holiday Packages for Kerala we will take you Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary after a three and half hours journey . You check in at the Hotel Treetop . After lunch in the afternoon you will go for a captivating spice plantation tour. Aroma of cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon greets you here. Return back in time at dusk after 2 hour boat cruise to spot animals like elephants, sambhar, gaur and deer, who arrive at Periyar Lake for drinking water. Night is spent at Hotel Treetop .
Day 06 : Periyar/Munnar
Early morning we leave for Munnar .The 3 hour journey is enjoyable as there are picturesque spots en-route worth taking a photograph as well like lush forests ,spice and tea plantations surrounding Munnar, apart from the majestic mountains offering a stunning backdrop. Here we will check in at Hotel Tall Trees. After some rest we will visit Eravikulam National Park , where you will find the rare species like the endangered Nilgiri Tahr as well as Atlas Moth, Elephants, Sambhar's, Gaurs, Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri, Langur, Tigers and Leopards. Overnight is spent at Hotel Tall Trees.
Day 07 : Munnar
Our next destination is Cochin which is four hours drive from Munnar.Check in at the Fort Heritage here . In the afternoon we go for a sightseeing tour and visit Fort Cochin , a small town with an influnces of colonial rule. See here Chinese Fishing Nets, St Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish synagogue.Here you will get some of the best quality spices at the spice markets. In the evening watch enthralling recital of Kathakali , a dance form which is the essence of Kerala's culture. Night is spent at the Fort Heritage.
Day 08 : Munnar/Cochin
