The Jacksons hotel dates back to the 19th century, the era of colonial British Raj in India. Owned and managed by the British in the pre-independence days, it then moved into the hands of Indo-Canadian promoters - The Jasuja Group. The hotel was given a thorough makeover with renovations aimed at adding ultra-modern amenities to maintain the grandeur of this heritage property. Along with the new image came the new name of Narmada Jacksons.
The hotel also offers a wide choice of Banquet Halls and Conference Rooms of areas from 800 sq ft to 15000 sq ft. making it an ideal location for both social and corporate events.

Yamuna is a 2500 sq ft. banquet hall with adjoining dance floor/ DJ room while Saraswati is an 800 sq. ft conference room. Shagun, Sawan and Vasant are three separate terrace gardens. The hotel also houses a business centre.
