The Thousand Pillars Temple: One of the supreme examples of Kakatiya architecture and sculpture, this temple was built in 1163 by Rudra Deva. The temple resembles the Chalukyan architecture.
Ramappa Temple: Situated in Palampet village, the Ramappa Temple is 70 km from Warangal. Built in 1213, a richness of the Kakatiya kingdom is exhibited through its finest architecture.
Bhadrakali Temple: This temple is situated at the summit of a hill between Hanamkonda and Warangal. There is a marvelous stone statue of Goddess Kali.
Warangal Fort: Dating back to the 13th century, this fort is located at a distance of 2 km from the Warangal Railway station. After being destroyed by the invaders remnants of the fort that could be seen today are the three layer of protection wall. The stone gateway of the fort is about 50 feet high and is carved from a single rock.
